Case Study: Centrebus

Centrebus covers a number of areas in England, including Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Luton, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

EFD has been working with Centrebus since 2010 on their bus workwear.

In early 2010, EFD met the team at Centrebus to discuss their uniform requirements. Centrebus required not only a range of high performance, fit for purpose garments but also a reliable service which ensured their orders were delivered quickly and efficiently.

Based on over 25 years experience at EFD, a complete package was presented to the team at Centrebus. This included a modern fit for purpose range of garments suitable for the demanding needs of their staff. A service package, which includes a pre-agreed level of service stock, which is constantly monitored. The service stock ensures that all new starter and Adhoc orders are delivered quickly. A next day delivery service, which includes a dispatch confirmation e-mail to the depot and then a delivery time slot e-mail the following morning.  

EFD has been able to adapt the range of garments supplied to Centrebus over the past 7 years, thus ensuring that any new requirements are met.

Over the past 7 years, EFD has developed a solid working relationship with not only the management team at Centrebus, but just as importantly at depot level. With good communications between EFD and the depots, any problems or issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
