Welcome to our FAQs

Here you'll find the answers to some of the questions we often see at EFD. If you can't find what you're looking for, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.

We do not charge for producing artwork or samples for approval, on the basis that any garments sent are returned in a condition which they can be re-issued.

We can work with any type of file from jpegs to PDF’s. Our preference is a .eps file in vector format.

The quoted price includes a finished garment and delivery. Please note that VAT is not included in this price.

Our in-house CAD system enables us to design and apply additional items to clothing, such as individual names and job roles. Please speak to our team for further details.

Both our male and female ranges of suits have easy care, machine washable products in a range of colours.

We can supply shoes from a size 2 – 15, ladies garments from a size 6 – 30, and men’s sizes from 28” – 54” waist, 34” – 58” chest and 14 ½ - 23” shirt size.

If you need any assistance with your order, including order volumes, we'll be happy to offer the benefit of our 30 years of experience.

Our online ordering system allows you to set a maximum annual spend per employee. This allows your staff to order throughout the year with a pre-determined spend limit.

We will be happy to assist you with this part of your order. Please contact the team at EFD who will be more than happy to discuss the best way we can help you.

We have a bespoke online ordering portal which enables you to place either bulk or individual orders 24/7

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to confirm the details. If you have not received this, please contact us. 

After we've dispatched your order, you'll receive an email or text to inform you that it's on the way. The following morning, we'll contact you again with a 1 hour delivery time slot so you know when your order will arrive.

We will pre-determine a stock level for your business, based on your industry sizing profile and staff turnover. Our operating system will then monitor the stock levels and replenish it when required.

Our operating system constantly monitors the pre agreed stock levels, and automatically informs the team when stock needs to be replenished.

Not a problem, just contact EFD Customer services with your account details and your Purchase Order Number and they can e-mail you a copy. They can also e-mail you a copy of invoices if required.

For returns, please contact our Customer Services for a returns form. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll issue a full refund.

Our payment terms are 30 days net. We only invoice on dispatch of your orders.
